PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
Jan Grierson has been in private practice since 1969. He has years of experience in environmental planning,
architectural design, interior architecture and project management. His range of project experience encompasses the design of single family and multi family residential projects, office buildings, shopping centers, business parks, hotels, theatres, churches, school facilities, medical facilities, and clubhouses. Mr. Grierson has designed homes for clients from thirty states and sixteen countries.

In addition to being an Architect, Mr. Grierson has been a developer of
several of his own residential and office building projects. Because of
his experience as a developer, Mr. Grierson has gained an increased depth
of understanding and appreciation for the project needs of the client involving financing, cost control, time schedules, and coordination as it relates to architecture and real estate development.
